2. OUR SERVICES

What We Do

We collect and transport vehicles throughout the UK, including:

  • Cars, SUVs, and vans up to 2.5 tonnes
  • Running and non-running vehicles
  • Delivery to auctions, storage facilities, dealerships, or private addresses

Service Levels

  • Standard Service: Collection within 48-72 hours
  • Express Service: Collection within 24 hours (additional charge applies)

3. PRICING

Standard Rate

£225 per collection includes:

  • Collection from any UK address
  • Transport to specified destination
  • £100,000 insurance coverage
  • Photo documentation
  • GPS tracking

Volume Discounts

  • 20-39 jobs/month: £215 each (save 4%)
  • 40-59 jobs/month: £205 each (save 9%)
  • 60-79 jobs/month: £195 each (save 13%)
  • 80+ jobs/month: £185 each (save 18%)

Additional Charges

  • Express service: +£50
  • Weekend/bank holiday: +£75
  • Luxury vehicles (£50k+): +£50
  • Large vans: +£100
  • Very long distance (100+ miles): +£75
  • London congestion zone: +£25
  • Remote areas: +£100

All prices exclude VAT (20%).

4. BOOKING

How to Book

Contact us via email, phone, or our website with:

  • Vehicle registration and details
  • Collection address
  • Delivery address
  • Preferred collection date

Our Response

  • Acknowledgment within 2 hours (business hours)
  • Confirmation within 4 hours
  • Collection within agreed timeframe

5. CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy:

  • 24+ hours' notice: No charge
  • 12-24 hours' notice: 50% charge (£112.50)
  • Less than 12 hours: Full charge (£225)

6. PAYMENT

Payment Terms:

  • Customers: 14 days from invoice
  • Methods: Bank transfer or card
  • Late Payments: Interest charged at Bank of England base rate + 4%

7. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Our Coverage

  • Goods in transit: £100,000 per vehicle
  • Public liability: £5,000,000
  • Full business insurance

We're Liable For

Damage we cause during collection or transport (up to £100,000 per vehicle).

We're NOT Liable For

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Personal items left in vehicles
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts beyond our control (weather, accidents)
  • Delays due to traffic or circumstances beyond our control

Claims must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must:

  • Have legal right to request the collection
  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Ensure keys are available
  • Remove all personal belongings
  • Disclose any damage or mechanical issues
  • Ensure safe access to collection address

9. COLLECTION PROCESS

  1. Our driver calls a day before to confirm plus 30-60 minutes before arrival
  2. We photograph the vehicle (8+ photos)
  3. We collect keys and documents
  4. Contact person signs confirmation
  5. Vehicle securely loaded and transported
  6. GPS tracking during journey
  7. Delivery with photo confirmation

10. DATA PROTECTION

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data We Collect:

  • Contact details
  • Vehicle information
  • Collection/delivery addresses
  • Photos and signatures

Your Rights:

  • Request your data
  • Request corrections
  • Request deletion (after service completion)

11. COMPLAINTS

If you're unhappy with our service:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. We investigate within 3 business days
  3. We respond within 7 business days with resolution

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability is the lower of:

  • £500,000 per incident, or
  • Total charges paid in preceding 12 months

This doesn't limit liability for:

  • Death or personal injury from negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We're not liable if we can't perform due to events beyond our control:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Major accidents or road closures

If this prevents service for 30+ days, either party may terminate.

14. GENERAL TERMS

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use means acceptance.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Severability: If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.

No Partnership: Using our service doesn't create partnership or employment.
